As Boilermakers, we have a long history of being the most skilled craft on any jobsite. It’s up to us to continue building our legacy, making sure our union is strong today and to represent the Southeast Area workers of tomorrow. Every Boilermaker has the obligation to recruit two new members: one to replace us when we enter our well-deserved retirement, and one to grow our union.
Powered by the M.O.R.E. Work Investment Fund, our Southeast Area recruiters are busy at career fairs, welding competitions, exhibitions and any place we can showcase our craft and our union. We’re also recruiting through advertising and other promotional initiatives. Check out some of the latest recruiting work in the Southeast Area.
